Yonatan Hernández Diazleal, operating commercially under the brand "Studio LTO" ("Studio LTO"), with address at Calle 55 Sur #1713, Col. Ampliación Reforma Sur, C.P. 72160, Puebla, Puebla, México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable rules.
1. Personal data we collect
Through this site's contact form we collect: name, email, institution or company (optional), type of need, estimated data volume and the message you choose to send us. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
2. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: respond to your request, prepare quotes, provide commercial follow-up and, where applicable, deliver the contracted LTO storage, rental or archive service. Secondary purposes: send you information about our services and news. You may object to secondary purposes by writing to our email, without affecting your request.
3. Transfers and processors
To operate the form we use the Web3Forms service, which acts as a processor and only delivers your message to our email. We do not sell, assign or trade your personal data with third parties. Data will only be shared when required by a competent authority.
4. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify and Cancel your personal data, and to Object to its processing (ARCO rights). To exercise them, send your request to contacto@studiolto.com.mx, stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description of the data involved. We will respond within the terms set by law.
5. Consent revocation
You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to contacto@studiolto.com.mx. Revocation will not have retroactive effects.
